Refund Policy

The Empty-Room Guarantee (Founding seats, $390/yr)

If, 60 days after your feed launches, fewer than max(5, your paid subscribers ÷ 50) listeners have activated it, we refund the founding fee in full. Two conditions, both launch steps we do with you:

• the co-drafted launch email was sent to your list, and
• the feed was attached to at least 3 published issues.

Meet both and miss the number, and the refund is automatic on request — no argument, no partial credits. "Activated" means a subscriber added the feed and fetched at least one episode; we show you the same count we measure by.

First Checked Issue ($49)

Includes one revision pass. If we can't deliver a checked issue you'd publish — after the revision — we refund the $49. If you upgrade to a founding seat within 30 days, the $49 is credited against the $390.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We confirm within 2 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically appearing within 5–10 business days.

What isn't refundable

Partial years outside the guarantee window, and work already delivered under a guarantee whose conditions weren't met (for example, a feed that was never announced to your list). If something feels unfair anyway, email us — a policy is not an excuse to keep money we didn't earn.
